1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all programs, services, content and offerings provided by The Wholesome Living Trust trading as The Bodywork Coach, whether delivered online or in person, one-to-one or group-based, live or recorded, free or paid.
This includes, without limitation:
The Whole System Reset Program (3–6 months and any continued engagement)
One-to-one bodywork sessions
Educational coaching and mentoring
Lifestyle, fasting, movement and nervous-system education
Workshops, retreats, intensives and demonstrations
All related educational materials
By accessing any website, platform, booking system, community or service operated by The Bodywork Coach, you agree that these Terms apply in full.
2. Definitions
Company / We / Us / Our means The Wholesome Living Trust operating under the trading name The Bodywork Coach.
Service means any educational content, bodywork session, coaching, mentoring, training, program or material provided by the Company.
Program means any structured course, reset, mentorship or offering provided by the Company.
You / Your means any individual accessing or participating in the Service.
3. Acknowledgement & Agreement
By accessing the Service, enrolling in a Program, booking sessions or continuing participation, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these Terms
You agree to be legally bound by them
You are at least 18 years of age
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Your use of the Service is also subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy.
4. Nature of the Service
Bronson provides services as a Bodyworker, Bowen Therapy Practitioner, Teacher and Mentor.
All Services provided by The Bodywork Coach are educational in nature.
The Service does not constitute medical treatment, physiotherapy, psychological therapy, clinical nutrition services, personal training supervision, or financial or legal advice.
The Company does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical, psychological or physical condition.
Nothing provided replaces advice, diagnosis or care from a qualified healthcare professional.
5. Lifestyle, Fasting & Movement Education
Programs may include structured education relating to intermittent fasting, lower-carbohydrate or keto-style approaches, food timing, movement, breathwork, nervous-system regulation and lifestyle adjustments.
This guidance is based on over 20 years of professional experience in the health industry, client work, ongoing self-education and personal application.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Participation is voluntary
All implementation decisions are your own
Individuals respond differently to dietary and lifestyle changes
No specific physical, metabolic, emotional or lifestyle outcomes are guaranteed
You are responsible for determining what is appropriate for you and for seeking professional medical advice where necessary, particularly if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of disordered eating.
6. Whole System Reset Program
The Whole System Reset Program is an educational and self-directed process.
Program duration may be three to six months and may continue longer by mutual agreement.
Results vary between individuals and continued participation does not create an ongoing medical or therapeutic relationship.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, health and outcomes throughout and after the Program.
7. No Guarantees
The Company makes no guarantees regarding weight loss, metabolic change, symptom improvement, pain reduction, nervous-system outcomes, energy levels, personal growth or practitioner/business outcomes.
Testimonials and examples are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar results.
8. Participant Responsibilities
By accessing the Service, you agree to:
Take responsibility for your participation and decisions
Communicate respectfully
Maintain appropriate personal and professional boundaries
Use the Service ethically and lawfully
The Company may suspend or terminate access for unsafe, abusive or inappropriate conduct.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from participation or from the self-directed application of educational material.
Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, liability is limited to the re-supply of the relevant Service or the amount paid for that Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights under Australian law.
10. Intellectual Property
All systems, frameworks, methods and materials are the intellectual property of the Company.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, teach or create derivative works without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
12. Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
